Other martial arts has forms. Well if your not talking about the sport martial arts and about the traditional ones. Muay thai is more for a sport then for the street. Other martial arts will teach you how to defend yourself in a street situation.
References :
Muay Thai is different from other martial arts in many ways. One way is that it uses only strikes. There is no grappling in Muay Thai. This distinguishes it from grappling arts like Judo or wrestling. Muay Thai is different from boxing or kickboxing because it incorperates the use of strikes with elbows and knees. It regular kickboxing, the only strikes allowed or used are kicks with the legs, and punches with the fists. Muay Thai not only incorperates strikes with the hands and feet, but also kicks using the shins, knees strikes, and elbow strikes. Also, Muay Thai has it's own style of clinching. The Muay Thai clinch is often referred to as the "Muay Thai plum".

Well known MMA fighters who are know for their use of Muay Thai are Mauricio "Shogun" Rua and Anderson Silva.
References :
MMA/BJJ training; UFC/MMA fan

It should be your own workout with exercises which you need to work on and related to your level of fitness.
References :
k firstly 14 is grand age
height and weight can be changed and you are near my height and im 16/17

you are doing WAY to many just an eg BJJ has enough to learn to keep you going for 5years minimum same with judo but to about 3-4 years. (obviously you can never reach a peak with martial art you can always learn thats the beauty of it)

i wouln't reccomend cross training if you are going to do MMA (mixed martial arts) see the problem is though they only teach basics of each style and you don't learn the philosophical/history of the art (its important at first i thought not but it does help every day life)

by learning all at once you will get SO confused and mess up everything and just its not worth it trust me

a good diet simple avoid white bread eat fruit/veg eat a good breakfast a snack dinner and have something before bed so an eg
10-11 bfast
2-3 lunch
6-7 dinner
8.30 snack
10-12 bed

eat bulky foods like brown bread and fruit to avoid sugar craving (google foods for better info then me)

eh just go to gym talk to a trainer tell him your story easy for weights
2)improve your knuckles for striking first learn to punch properly though
3) get the basics in the bag to the point where you can do them easy enough and then apply with a partner to just get used to attacking a live person

and lastly yes if you train 3 times a week even for 10 mins just going over patterns or light spar with a partner it all helps.
you have plenty of time to grow and mature in martial arts so take your time and do it right

better doing it right and be patient by having it proper in 4 years then doing it wrong and being impatient in 1 year

overall search for a good club (not a mcdojo)
practice
spar and get patterns etc right
do 2 MAX
and never give up

and avoid a fight at all costs its the first thing you will learn
at first i was like deadly i will know how to kick as* but now that instinct is gone.
if somebody disrespects me its in one ear out the other and if they go for me their mistake
References :
Muay Thai and Kickboxing are already a staple of MMA training;MMA also includes ground work in the form of wrestling and Brazlilian Jiu Jitsu.

Join a beginner's club in MMA; or better yet, take Jiu Jitsu or Judo alongside Karate/Gung Fu/Muay Thai so you learn "illegal" moves that they don't teach in MMA such as elbow strikes, knee strikes, groin strikes, eye gouging, etc.

Krav Maga,Marine Martial Arts and Wing Tchun are best for street fighting/self defence
References :
3 years kickboxing (Sport Karate and Lau Gar Kung Fu)

If you want to learn to fight for self-defense, make sure it is a style that is well rounded..don't just do judo. You have to learn to fight standing as well as on the ground. I love Kenpo. It has both standing kickboxing elements and ground shoot-fighting aspects.
