PostHeaderIcon Why can’t I lose weight after 3 months of fitness?

I sit almost all day at work but I hit the gym 4 times a week (body pump and kickboxing) and I try to keep the food intake at 1500 cal per day. Is there something that I do wrong? I cannot lose weight. True: on weekends, I don’t have a strict diet and my tummy is flatten but THAT"s ALL. When should I see results? My goal is going from 157 to 130 by Spring.

Maybe 1500 cal/day is too many for your height and weight. Use this site to determine proper caloric intake:

Well, it really depends on what you’re eating. If you’re eating 1,500 calories or all junk food, then you probably won’t lose much, if any, weight. It’s not just the calories; it’s also what they’re made of. Try only eating lean protein, vegetables, and fruits. And one or two servings or whole-grain carbs a day. With the same amount of calories (1,500). Also, are you SURE you’re only eating 1,500 calories a day? People seem to often underestimate the calories in food.

Targetted weight loss is quite hard, many would declare impossible, however I shed a couple of inches from my waistline by following the guidance on the website in the box below. Give it a try, their advice is very sensible!

All the medics and food experts say targeted weight loss is not possible, specifically in the waist and belly places, but I achieved it with colon cleanse. I realize they say that pills do not work, but they sure worked for me, and they’ve been featured on CNN too. There is a free trial happening right now at http://wosang.optimalfitness.info , why not check it out, what’s the worst that could happen?
