Does anyone have a good 2 hour mma workout.?
Anything to do with mma fighters training. Circuits, mitt work, cardio, strength, postion, footwork, dirty boxing, muay Thai, wrestling, bjj etc anything that you enjoy training would be appreciated.
100 Jumping Jacks, 20 jump squates, 20 sprawls, 20 jump squat-sprawl combinations, 20 five point sprawls, 60 bridge and turns each hand, 30 falling weight drills, back and to each side, work your combinations on a thai bag, heavy bag, uppercut bag, double end bag, and/or ground bag.
yes, go to a basketball game in any major city and yell racial slurs…then prepare for battle.
