bike 5min 30second fast full ressistance 30 second slow
stepper 10 mins
Tuesday legs same cardio
wednsday i try to go but my legs are killing me so depends
thursday thai boxing 2 hours
friday biceps n back same cardio as monday
saturday maybe shoulders n triceps same cardio as monday
sunday rest
ok its enough
